General Information about Events
ACE hosts Coaster Con, our national convention, annually as well as several
other smaller conferences at parks around the globe. Our events are a great
opportunity for fellow ACEers to gather together to ride coasters. Typically,
our events include:
- Group rates for park admission
- One or more picnic-style meals
- Exclusive Ride Time! (ERT), which is time we get to ride the coasters when the
park and/or the coaster is closed to the public.
- Hotel lodging at group rates.

Events Lodging Summary
ACE negotiates special rates for some area hotels for ACE events. Each event's
flyer contains detailed information about the negotiated rates and procedures
for making reservations at each hotel.
When making your reservations at any of the lodging facilities for any of
the events, please pay close attention to the reservation code and provide that
code when making your reservation. Also, some hotels may not offer the discount
if you contact the chain's toll-free number, so you may need to contact the
hotel directly to obtain the discount.
Important Information for Non-Members
ACE encourages non-members to attend our events as a way to "check out" our club
before deciding whether to join. However, non-members may only register to
attend ACE events as a guest of a member who is also registered to attend the
event. That member will be responsible for the actions and behavior of their
guests.
